• Location Data: Real-time location information when you enable location sharing with groups.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, and technical data to improve app performance.
• Chat & Event Content: Messages, images, and event details you share within groups.
• Subscription & Payment Data: Processed securely through Google Play (and Apple App Store when available). We do not store your full payment information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the App's core features.
• Share real-time location data with your chosen groups.
• Facilitate group chat and event functionality.
• Manage subscriptions, upgrades, and billing.
• Send important updates, such as policy changes or feature improvements.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited information in these cases:

• With Group Members: Your chosen groups can view your shared location, messages, and events.
• With Service Providers: Third-party services such as Google Firebase (for hosting, notifications, and databases) and Google Play billing.

• Business Changes: If the App or developer undergoes transfer or restructuring, your data may be included as part of that process.

5. Data Storage & Security

• Your information is stored securely in Google Firebase/Firestore.
• We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data.
• No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

6. Your Choices & Rights

• Location Sharing: You can toggle location sharing on or off at any time in the App.
• Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data via App settings or by contacting us.
• Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play (and Apple App Store when available).
• Access & Correction: Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles, you may request access to or correction of your personal information.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. International Users

If you access the App outside Australia, please note that your data may be processed and stored in Australia and in other countries where our service providers operate.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via the App or by email (if available). Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
